Major Administrative Reshuffle in Jammu Kashmir, IAS and JKAS Officers Transferred

The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer and posting of 49 officers, including IAS and JKAS officers, with immediate effect in a major administrative reshuffle.

As per a General Administration Department order, senior IAS officer Shaleen Kabra (AGMUT: 1992) has been assigned the additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Revenue Department, relieving Kumar Rajeev Ranjan of the responsibility. Kabra will continue as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Jal Shakti Department, and Financial Commissioner, Revenue, besides holding additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Estates Department.

Dr Ashish Chandra Verma (AGMUT: 1994) has been posted as Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Agriculture Production Department.

M Raju (AGMUT: 2005), Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department, has been relieved of the additional charge of Health and Medical Education Department. He has instead been given additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol Department, and Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Department, relieving Chandrakar Bharti of the latter additional charge.

R Alice Vaz (AGMUT: 2005) has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Transport Department. She will also hold additional charge of Civil Aviation Department and Commissioner, Civil Aviation, while continuing as Administrative Secretary, Information Department.

Saugat Biswas (AGMUT: 2006), who was awaiting orders of posting, has been appointed Commissioner/Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department, while Sarmad Hafeez (AGMUT: 2009) has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department.

Ramesh Kumar (AGMUT: 2011), shifted from the post of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, has been posted as Secretary, Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department. He will also hold additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Culture Department, and continue as Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi.

Naveen S L (AGMUT: 2012) has been posted as Commissioner of Enquiries, J&K.

Avny Lavasa (AGMUT: 2013) has been posted as Secretary, Tourism Department, while retaining charge of Administrative Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department. Anjali Sehrawat (AGMUT: 2013) has been posted as Secretary, Public Grievances Department.

Vikas Kundal (AGMUT: 2013) has been appointed Divisional Commissioner, Jammu, with additional charge of Additional CEO, Jammu Metropolitan Regional Development Authority.

Majid Khalil Ahmad Drabu (AGMUT: 2013) has been posted as Inspector General of Registration, J&K.

Rahul Yadav (AGMUT: 2014) has been appointed Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department, with additional charge of Managing Director, J&K Power Development Corporation Limited.

Owais Ahmed (AGMUT: 2014) has been posted as Administrative Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, with additional charge of Director, Skill Development J&K.

Dr Sagar Doifode Dattatray (AGMUT: 2014) has been posted as Administrative Secretary, Social Welfare Department.

Dr Devansh Yadav (AGMUT: 2016) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Rajouri, while Rakesh Minhas (AGMUT: 2016) has been appointed CEO, State Health Agency, J&K, with additional charge of Managing Director, Ayushman Bharat Digital Health Mission, J&K.

Shrikant Balasaheb Suse (AGMUT: 2016) has been appointed Chairman, J&K Services Selection Board.

Akriti Sagar (AGMUT: 2016) has been posted as Managing Director, J&K Tourism Development Corporation, with additional charge of CEO, J&K Economic Reconstruction Agency.

Athar Aamir Ul Shafi Khan (RJ: 2016) has been posted as Managing Director, National Health Mission, J&K.

Basharat Qayoom (JH: 2016) has been appointed Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, with additional charge of CEO, SPV for Srinagar City.

Ayushi Sudan (AGMUT: 2017) has been appointed Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation, while Minga Sherpa (AGMUT: 2017) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Jammu.

Faz Lul Haseeb (AGMUT: 2018) has been appointed Additional Secretary, Agriculture Production Department, with additional charge of Mission Director, HADP and JKcIP.

Abhishek Sharma (CG: 2018) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Kupwara.

Dr Rupesh Kumar (AGMUT: 2019) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Samba.

Jatin Kishore (AGMUT: 2020) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Budgam, while Shreya Singhal (AGMUT: 2020) has been appointed Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal.

Ananth Dwivedi (AGMUT: 2021) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur.

Mamta Yadav (AGMUT: 2021) has been appointed Director, Information, J&K.

Mahima Madan (AGMUT: 2021) has been posted as Additional District Development Commissioner, Anantnag.

Vidhu Shekhar (AGMUT: 2021) has been appointed Vice Chairman, Jammu Development Authority.

Pranjal J Hazarika (AGMUT: 2021) has been posted as Director, J&K Archives, Archaeology and Museums.

Vivek Agarwal (AGMUT: 2021) has been appointed Director, Employment, J&K, with additional charge of CEO, Mission YUVA.

Ishita Rathi (AGMUT: 2022) has been posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Jammu, while Vikas Ahlawat (AGMUT: 2022) has been appointed Labour Commissioner, J&K.

Prince Kumar (AGMUT: 2023) has been posted as OSD, Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board.

Gaurav Yadav (AGMUT: 2024) has been posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Uri, and Seerat Baji (AGMUT: 2024) as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Srinagar (West).

Leena Padha (AGMUT) has been appointed Registrar, Cooperative Societies, J&K, while Rajinder Singh Tara (AGMUT) has been posted as Secretary in the Revenue Department.

Anoo Malhotra (AGMUT) has been appointed Mission Director, Jal Jeevan Mission.

Among JKAS officers, Kuldeep Krishan Sidha has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama; Charandeep Singh as Deputy Commissioner, Shopian; Rakesh Kumar as Special Secretary, Lok Bhawan; Sachin Jamwal as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kathua; Sushil Kesar as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Reasi; and Irfan Bahadur as Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), Budgam.
