October 11–13: Generally dry conditions are expected.
October 14–15: Another spell of cloudy weather with rain, snowfall over higher reaches and thunderstorms is possible.

The India Meteorological Department has issued thunderstorm/lightning and squall-related warnings for J&K on October 7–10. No such warning is currently listed for October 11–13.
People are advised to remain cautious during thunderstorms and strong winds, especially around loose structures, electric wires and old trees. Farmers have also been advised to protect harvested apples and paddy from the expected wet and windy conditions.
