Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No: 19 of 2026 dated: 29-06-2026, application were invited from eligible female candidate against 09 vacant posts of Sahaiyakas (AWHs) Poshan Project Barnoti.
Whereas 14 candidates have applied against 09 available vacant posts of Sahaiyakas (AWHs) in Poshan Project Barnoti;
Whereas the scrutiny of application forms was fixed on 17-08-2026 vide CDPO Barnoti office letter No: CDPO/BR/2026-27/1017-1023 dated: 14-08-2026.
Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates were scrutinized/checked on 17-08-2026 by the Selection Committee for Sahaiyakas constituted vide Govt Order No: 103-JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222-JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022;
Whereas the Provisional/Tentative Merit & Select list was prepared/approved by the above referred committee in its meeting held on 17-08-2026, as per terms and conditions mentioned in Govt Order No: 103-JK(SWD) of 2023 dated: 28-04-2023, Govt Order No: 222-JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022, SMD/ICDS/Recruitment/2022-23/21349-72 dated: 14-07-2023 and MDP/Estt/M-27-2023/25398-25539 dated: 17-08-2023;
Whereas vide this office notification No.20 of 2026 dated 25-08-2026 the Provisional/Tentative Merit & Select list regarding engagement of sahayikas was published in Daily Excelsior and Punjab Kesri dated 28-08-2026 for seeking objections through the office of CDPO Barnoti within 10 days of publications;

Whereas necessary rider(s)/observation(s) were put up against candidature of 01 candidate in Provisional/Tentative Merit list by the selection committee in its meeting held on 17-08-2026;
Whereas within the expiry of 10 days from the date of publication of Notification No.20 of 2026 dated 25-08-2026 in Daily Excelsior and Punjab Kesri dated 28-08-2026 no objection was received from any candidate/stakeholder/general public and rider(s)/observation(s) of 01 candidate were omitted in provisional merit list & provisional select list and received by the selection committee after receiving necessary requisite documents from candidate;
Therefore, in view of the above and as per the procedure laid in the above referred Govt. Orders, the final Merit list & final Select list prepared/approved by the referred selection committee as per Annexure-A8 & Annexure-B2 respectively is hereby published for the information of general public and all concerned.

For grievance(s)/objection(s), if any, the appeal in this regard shall be placed before Worthy Deputy Commissioner Kathua within ten days from the date of issuance of this notification/list. No grievance(s)/objection(s) of any kind shall be entertained after ten days from the date of issuance of this notification/list.
