Jammu and Kashmir Government Orders Transfers and Postings of Six Officials in GAD Order No. 1630-JK(GAD) of 2026
The Government of Jammu and Kashmir, General Administration Department (GAD), has ordered the transfers and postings of six officials with immediate effect.
The order was issued vide Government Order No. 1630-JK(GAD) of 2026, dated October 13, 2026, in the interest of administration.
J&K Government Transfers and Postings: Full Details
As per the official order, the following transfers and postings have been made:
1. Zahoor Ahmad Dar – Private Secretary
Zahoor Ahmad Dar, presently posted in the Information Technology Department, has been transferred to the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs to work with the Administrative Secretary.
2. Shafiqa Akhter – Private Secretary
Shafiqa Akhter, presently posted in the Social Welfare Department, has been transferred to the Information Technology Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.

3. Robinder Singh – Private Secretary
Robinder Singh, presently posted in the Department of Skill Development, has been transferred to the Social Welfare Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.
4. Nissar Ahmad Bhat – Private Secretary
Nissar Ahmad Bhat, presently posted in the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, has been transferred to the Department of Skill Development to work with the Administrative Secretary.
5. Shafia Hassan – Senior Stenographer
Shafia Hassan, presently posted in the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, has been transferred to the Social Welfare Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.
6. Qysir Ahmad Mir – Senior Stenographer
Qysir Ahmad Mir, who was awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted to the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs to work with the Administrative Secretary.
Officials Deemed to Have Been Relieved
According to the government order, all the above-mentioned officers and officials shall be deemed to have been relieved.
The order has been issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, and signed by M. Raju, IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government.
