JKSSB Document Verification Notice 2026 for Para Medical Assistant and Other Health Department Posts
The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has issued a document verification notification for candidates falling under the consideration zone for the posts of Para Medical Assistant, BCG Technician, Barber/Dhobi/Junior Dhobi and Junior X-Ray Technician in the Health and Medical Education Department.
The notification, dated October 15, 2026, follows the declaration of results/score sheets for the OMR-based written examinations conducted on September 10, 15 and 16, 2026. The examinations were held under Advertisement Notification No. 07 of 2025, dated July 22, 2025.
JKSSB Document Verification Date and Venue
The shortlisted candidates have been called for physical document verification before the designated JKSSB Document Verification Committees as per the schedule mentioned in the notification and its annexures.
Candidates must appear at the designated venues in Jammu or Srinagar on the date and time allotted to them.
Documents Required for JKSSB Document Verification
Candidates must bring the following original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies:
- Copy of the application form.
- Two recent passport-size colour photographs.
- Original photo identity proof, such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card or Passport.
- Date of birth certificate (10th Diploma/Marks Card, as mentioned in the notification).
- Valid category certificate, if claiming reservation.
- Domicile certificate.
- Prescribed qualification/diploma as specified in the advertisement notification.
- Bonafide certificate in the prescribed format, issued by the Controller/Registrar of the concerned University/Institute, for candidates who obtained their qualification/diploma from outside the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
- Printed copy of the preference form attached as Annexure E. The form must be submitted offline during document verification, and no subsequent change in preferences will be entertained.
- Checklist sheet/form to be submitted at the time of document verification, as per Annexure X.
Candidates claiming an equivalent educational qualification must produce the relevant equivalence certificate from the concerned authority.
Candidates claiming consideration under the Ex-Servicemen (ESM) category must submit an affidavit, duly attested by a First-Class Magistrate, stating that they have not previously availed the benefit of the ESM category for any post.
