According to the advisory, very slow traffic movement was observed from 4:00 PM on October 18 to 4:00 PM on October 19, 2026, due to the following factors:

Single-lane road conditions and uneven surfaces at Dhalwas, Udhampur.

Single-lane stretches between Marog and Kishtwari Pather.

Breakdown of three vehicles between Ramban and Banihal.

Movement of around 10 nomadic herds crossing the Banihal–Nashri stretch.
