Sainik School Nagrota has announced the following vacancies:

All the advertised positions are under the Unreserved (UR) category.

1. TGT (Computer Science) – 01 Post

Pay Scale:

The selected candidate will receive salary under Pay Matrix Level-7, ranging from ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400, along with 7th CPC allowances and other benefits as per Sainik Schools Society Rules and Regulations.

The position also includes rent-free suitable accommodation and free messing facilities with cadets.

 

Age Limit :

Candidates should be between 21 and 35 years of age as on 20 November 2026.

 

Essential Educational Qualifications :

Candidates must fulfil the prescribed educational qualifications through any one of the following routes:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Application (BCA) with at least 50% marks from a recognised institution or university.

OR

Graduation in Computer Science/IT from a recognised institution or university with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject. The candidate must have studied Computer Science as a subject in all the years of graduation.

OR

B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 50% marks from a recognised institution or university.

Additional Mandatory Qualifications:

2. The candidate must have qualified CTET Paper-II conducted by CBSE or the State Teacher Eligibility Test (STET) conducted by the respective State Government, in accordance with NCTE guidelines.

3. Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed.) from an NCTE-recognised institution or university with at least 50% marks.

OR

Three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. from an NCTE-recognised institution or university with at least 50% marks.

OR

A four-year integrated degree with at least 50% marks from an NCTE-recognised institution or university, including the B.Ed. component.

 

Desirable Qualifications :

Preference may be given to candidates possessing the following additional qualifications and skills:

2. Art Master – 01 Post

Monthly Salary:

Selected candidates will receive ₹35,000 per month, excluding vacation/break periods.

The position also provides rent-free suitable accommodation and free messing facilities with cadets.

 

Age Limit :

Candidates should be between 21 and 50 years of age as on 20 November 2026.

 

Essential Educational Qualifications :

Applicants must possess any one of the following qualifications:

1. Master’s Degree in Fine Arts with specialisation in Painting.

OR

Graduation with Fine Arts/Art/Drawing and Painting as one of the subjects, along with a minimum four-year diploma from a recognised institution or university.

OR

Higher Secondary/Intermediate/Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination qualification, along with a minimum five-year full-time or seven-year part-time diploma in Fine Art/Painting/Drawing and Painting from a recognised institution or university.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

Candidates possessing the following additional qualifications and experience will be given preference:

3. Nursing Sister (Female) – 01 Post

Monthly Salary:

The selected candidate will receive ₹25,500 per month, excluding the break period.

The position also includes rent-free suitable accommodation and free messing facilities with cadets.

 

Age Limit:

Female candidates should be between 18 and 50 years of age as on 20 November 2026.

Essential Educational Qualifications:

Applicants must fulfil the following requirements:

1. B.Sc. Nursing or Nursing Diploma from a recognised institution.

2. Registration with the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council.

3. Minimum two years of working experience in a hospital or clinic.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience working in residential schools.

• The candidate should be physically fit.

Important Terms and Conditions

The recruitment notice specifies that the contractual positions will initially be offered for a period of one year, consisting of 11 months of service followed by a one-month break.

The contractual engagement may be extended annually up to a maximum period of three years, subject to satisfactory performance and institutional requirements.
