The Directorate of Economics and Statistics has received selection list of Junior Statistical Assistants for Divisional Cadre Jammu comprising of following recommended candidates, from Jammu & Kashmir Service Selection Board through Planning, Development & Monitoring Department’s vide letter No: PD/NG/SSB/ DIV.Jmu/JSA/69/ 2012 dated.06-06-2012
The above referred candidates are hereby informed to submit the following original documents along with a set of photo copies self attested with the Directorate of Economics and Statistics J&K, SDA Colony Bemina Srinagar within 10 days from the date of issuance of this Notification;
Academic / Technical Qualification, Certificate of being Graduate in Economics / Statistics / Mathematics Commerce / Computer Applications and Information Technology (as one of the elective subject).
Date of Birth Certificate.
State Subject Certificate of J&K State.
Health Certificate.
Certificate from the Dy. Director Employment and Counseling Centre f. Centre / General Manager, DIC concerned and JKEDI to the effect that; i) No loan under self employment has been taken and. ii) Loan/Stipend if any received has been refunded into the treasury in full.
a. Category Certificate (if any) from the Competent Authority as required under Reservation Rules for various categories
Certificate, Qualification Certificate, Category certificate (if any), Permanent Residence Certificate, etc. are gen- uine which will further be got verified from concerned competent authorities. In case any certificate of the can- didate proves fake or tampered or not issued by recognized Institution, the appointment of the concerned can- didate shall be terminated abi-nitio.
