Viva-Voce/ interview notice for the posts of Assistant Registrar and Assistant Comptroller

As per the result of the Written Test for the posts of Assistant Registrar and Assistant Comptroller notified/uploaded on the University website vide communication No. Au/EC/A-18/2019/1019-21 dated 28.01.2019 pursuant to Advertisement Notice No. 02 of 2017 dated 2.5.2017 read with No. Au/Adm(GAD)/Advt-NT/2018/12669-728 dated 31.10.2018;

the candidates whose Roll Nos. appear as under are hereby shortlisted in order of merit in the ratio of 1:5 for appearing in the viva-voce/interview (20 Marks) before the prescribed Selection Committee

The interview/viva-voce will be held on February 9, 2019 at 10 30 A.M. in Vice-Chancellor’s Secretariat at Shalimar.

All the concerned candidates are accordingly informed to appear before the prescribed Selection Committee on the scheduled date/venue/time alongwith all requisite documents/academic certificates in original

No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview
