SKIMS Recruitment Important Notice
It is notified for information of all concerned that:
Vide Notice No. SIMS 302 13 03/2019-395-98, Dated: 25-01-2019, all the candidates, who have applied online for the post of Resident Medical Officer pursuant to advertisement Notice No.01 of 2018, Dated: July 20,2018 were asked to present themselves before the Screening Committee for Document Verification on 30-01-2019 in SKIMS Board Room .
(14) Candidates present themselves before the Screening committee on 30.01-2019.
The Screening Committee after verifying the documents of all the candidates found only (06) candidates eligible for the post of Resident Medical Officer.The list of Eligible candidates is forming as Annexure – A.
The Screening Committee further noted that (08) candidates don’t fulfill the requisite recruitment criteria and found them not eligible for the post of Resident Medical Officer.The list of not eligible candidates along with deficiencies is forming as Annexure-B.
It is hereby further notified that:-
The written test of all the eligible candidates shall be conducted on 13-02-2019 in SKIMS Auditorium Hall at 02:00 PM. The following Selection Criteria shall be adopted for making selection for the post of Resident Medical Officer
Written Test : 100 Points”
The Eligible candidates are advised to download admit cards from SKIMS website (www.skims.ac.in) by filling in following details w.e.f. 10-02-2019.
- Application Number.
- Date of Birth.
Those who fail to download admit cards shall not be allowed to sit in the examination.
NOTE:
The written test (MCO type) shall be of 100 Points and there will be no negative marking.
TA/DA shall be given for participation in the written test.
Only those candidates shall appear in the written test, who fulfill the eligibility prescribed for the post as mentioned in the advertisement notification. However, permission to appear in the written test is purely provisional subject to further verification of the documents at any stage of selection process.
