Consequent upon the supersession of SRO-286 dated 2nd Sep 2003 and issuance of fresh Jammu and Kashmir Sainik Welfare (Subordinate) Service Recruitment Rules published vide SRO-59 dated 19-01-
2019 issued under Home Department endorsement No. Home/SSB/29/2000/Part-III dated 18-01-2019, advertisement Notice issued vide this office Order No.104-Estt/DSW/2018 dated 03 Sep 2018 issued under this office endorsement No. 357-Estt/Rect/DSW/2018/1949-55 dated 03 Sep 2018 for newly created Zila Sainik Welfare Offices at Akhnoor, R S Pura and Reasi is hereby cancelled.
Due to receipt of fresh SRO, fresh guidelines have been made on promotion methodology, minimum qualification and method of recruitment. Accordingly, applications are invited on the prescribed proforma as per .u r at j k up date s.Appendix ‘A’ to this Notification from the ex-servicemen of Concerned District of J&K State for the under mentioned posts, as per fresh SRO 59 of 2019
The candidate should not be less than 34 years or more than 52 years of age as on 01 January
2019, provided that the minimum age limit shall not be applicable to the ex-servicemen who have 50% or more disability attributable/aggravated to military service and who are in receipt of disability pension. .u r at j k up date s.An ex-serviceman who is already in Government service may apply through proper channel for direct recruitment. All selected candidates must join within 21 days of issue of appointment order.
Service terms and conditions and emoluments are applicable as per relevant service rules of the SRO-59 of 2019. Relevant State government rules issued from time to time will apply for all service related issues.
Application forms should reach their concerned Zila Sainik Welfare Office by 05 Mar 2019 positively duly completed in all respects along with following documents, duly attested:-
Attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculate Certificate).
Matriculation Certificate issued by the recognized Institute.
Attested copies of Academic Qualification Certificate.
Six Months Certificate Courses in Computer applications from a recognized Institute, wherever applicable. Attested copy of Permanent Resident Certificate.
Attested copy of Discharge Book from Army/Navy/IAF, also covering character at the time of discharge/release. Graduation Certificate issued by the recognized Institute/Army at the time of retirement.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. The department has full right to reject the application forms not meeting the eligibility. Eligible ex-servicemen will have to appear for written test/interview at the place.u r at j k up date s., to be intimated later, at their own expense. The candidates who apply for the post and do not get call letters for Written Test/Interview will not seek reasons for rejection of their applications from the department.
