Advertisement for Contractual Appointments in Health & Medical Education Department, J&K

In view of the extraordinary situation that has arisen due to spread of COVID-19, the government of Jammu and Kashmir has decided vide Govt Order No: 347-(JK) HME of 2010 Dated 28-03-2020 to engage the retired Faculty members, paramedical and nursing staff in Govt. Medical Colleges, Srinagar and Jammu; and Doctors (Medical Officers, Consultants and Senior Consultants), paramedical and nursing staff in Health Services Department, Jammu/Kashmir on contractual basis as per the terms and conditions given below:

The persons engaged on contractual basis as such shall not be assigned any administrative job.

The posts for the purpose of their contractual appointments shall be deemed to have been created.

All persons covered under the said order are advised to submit their joining report immediately to the office of the Principal Medical College, Jammu/ Srinagar and Director Health Services, Jammu/ Kashmir as the case may be.
