J&K administration extends the detentions of Mehbooba Mufti and various other leaders

Jammu and Kashmir administration extends PSA (Public Safety Act) detentions of Former J&K CM Mehbooba Mufti, PDP leader Sartaj Madani and National Conference leader Ali Mohammad Sagar by three months

Mehbooba Mufti’s detention under PSA extended by 3 months

Srinagar, May 05 (KNO): Former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti’s detention under the Public Safety Act was extended by three months on Tuesday, sources disclosed.

Highly placed sources revealed to news agency— Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that Home department this evening extended PSA of Mehbooba Mufti by three months.

Mehbooba is under detention from August 5 when BJP-led Centre abrogated J&K’s special position and bifurcated it into two Union Territories

After Mehbooba, PSA of Sagar, Madani extended too for 3 months

After former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti’s detention under the Public Safety Act was extended by three months today evening, the authorities also extended the detention of Ali Muhammad Sagar and Sartaj Madani as well.

Ealier, highly placed sources revealed to news agency— Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that Home department this evening extended PSA of Mehbooba Mufti by three months.

Mehbooba is under detention from August 5 when BJP-led Centre abrogated J&K’s special position and bifurcated it into two Union Territories.

Meanwhile, authorities have also extended PSA of NC leader Ali Muhammad Sagar and PDP leader Sartaj Madni as well, sources said. Both leaders were detained under PSA on February o6 this year after completing six months under detention
