Candidate must be a commerce graduate having overall experience in managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets, vetting bills & supporting, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns.

Desirable:

1. Minimum 2 year of experience in bookkeeping.
2. Manage all accounting transactions.
3. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
4. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
5. Ensure timely bank payments.
6. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
7. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statement.
8. Audit financial transactions and documents.
9. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
10. Comply with financial policies and regulation.
11. Proficient in TALLY & Ms Office.

Post Name : Manager Finance  & Accounts

Essentials:

Candidate must at least be an M.Com having quality & practical knowledge in accounts, finance, banking, taxation, finalising accounts, audits, maintain bank accounts, MIS, budgeting, cash flow & submit desired reports to CA/Management for compliance.

Desirable:

1. Minimum experience of at least 5 years.
2. Proficient in TALLY & Ms Office.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable with good working knowledge of GST, TDS.
4. Managing Bills Payable.
5. Checking and making relevant entries for all utility bills.
6. Preparing financial statements, handling statutory deductions.
7. Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
8. Preparing MIS reports.
9. Prepare budget & forecasts.
10. Handling cash and bank transactions.
11. Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
