Applications on plain paper are invited from the eligible and motivated candidates for 01 position of Junior Research Fellow/Junior Project Fellow (JRF) for a period of three years subjected to satisfactory performance to be evaluated yearly to work in the project titled “Study of catchment topography and land use impact on stream biofilm in Indus basin of Ladakh Himalaya” sanctioned by Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India in favour of Dr. Mohd Muslim, Assistant Professor and Dr. Sami Ullah Bhat Sr. Assistant Professor, Department of Environmental Science, University of Kashmir Srinagar.

The position is temporary and co-terminus with the project.

Eligibility Essential Qualification:

P.G. in Environmental Science having qualified NET

Desirable: Candidates with working experience in the field of Aquatic science/Stream ecology/Aquatic entomology shall be preferred.
