Complete Lockdown in Tehsil Samba and Bari Brahmna

Whereas, the Chairperson, State Executive committee, [Wart.. Management, Relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction, Government of 0510 has issued order No. 65 JK(DMRRR) of 2020, dated 03.07.2020, wherein Samba District has been categorized in Orange Zone

Whereas, it has been not. with concern that in the last few days after the relaxation in the lock down conditions, COVID positive cases have been increasing day by day in District Samba;

Therefore, in order to prevent the spread of Corona Virus, I, Rohit Khajuria, KAS, District Magistrate, Samba in terms of the powers conferred upon me under section 34 of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and under Section 144 of Cr.P.C, 1973, do hereby order that a complete lockdown has been imposed in Tehsil Samba and Telisil Bari Brahma. except the areas falling within SIDCO Complex w.e.f 23-07-2020 to 26-07-2020.

However, the essential services i.e. Doctor Clinics, Chemist shops, Homeopathy shops, Ayurvedic shops and Testing laboratories will remain open from 9Am to 8PM

And Grocery shops, Milk shops, Bakery shops, Fruit & Vegetable shops will open from 7 AM to 12 Noon.

Anybody found violating this order will be dealt with firrnly.
