GMC Anantang Cancellation Engagement of Technician/Technical Assistant Posts
Cancellation/Engagement of Technician/Technical Assistant on Academic Arrangement Basis under SRO-24 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019 in GMC Anantnag. Order No.218 GMCA of 2020 dated 08.08.2020 Whereas as recommended by the Selection Committee constituted for engagement of staff on academic arrangement basis under SRO-24 & pursuant to this office selection list, (17) candidates were engaged as Technician/Technical Assistant on Academic Arrangement Basis in terms of SRO-24 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019, for a period of one year only or till the post is filled up on permanent basis, whichever is earlier.
Whereas with the stipulated time of 21 days from the issuance of selection order vide No.218 GMCA of 2020 dated 08.08.2020, Mr.Rizwan Rasool Ganai RIO Garoora Bandipora figuring at Sr.No. 25 failed to join in Govt. Medical College, Anantnag.
Therefore the selection of N1r.Rizwan Rasool Ganai RIO Garoora Bandipora who failed to join in GMC Anantnag within the stipulated period of 21 days from the issuance of engagement order is hereby cancelled ab-initio.
In view of the above, the candidate Mr.Zubair Ahmad Malla 5/0 Farooq Ahmad Malla RIO Yaripora Kulgam figuring next in merit is selected as Technician/Technical Assistant on Academic Arrangement Basis in terms of SRO-24 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019, for a period of one year only or till the post is filled up on permanent basis, whichever is earlier.
Candidate shall report to the Principal, Government Medical College, Anantnag for document verification within a period of 07 days from the date of issuance of this order, failing which their selection shall stand cancelled ab-initio without any further notice.
The arrangement shall be purely on temporary basis and shall not confer upon him any special claim/preferential right for engagement against the post of Technician/Technical Assistant on regular basis, as and when the same is made through J&KSSRB.
He shall have to execute an affidavit duly signed by Ist Class Magistrate to the effect that:
I have understood all the provisions of SRO-24 of 2019 dated 10.01.2019 and shall abide by the terms and conditions of the said SRO.
I will adhere to the roster of duties to be issued by the administration.
I will not participate in any kind of strike/protest against the administration during my tenure in the college/hospital.
My engagement will get terminated automatically and I shall have no claim on the post as soon as the post is filled up by the competent authority on permanent basis.
If the documents filed by me are found wrong/incorrect at any point at time, my engagement shall be terminated immediately and disciplinary action and legal proceedings shall be initiated against me.
I will reside in the vicinity of GMC Anantnag.
