Screening Test is scheduled on 26-09-2020 at 11:00am in Govt. Degree College for Women Pulwama.

It is for the information of all eligible candidates who have applied for the post of Staff Nurses under various Programmes in District Hospital Pulwama & Nursing Tutors in GNM Training School notified vide Advertisement No: NHM/DHS/Pul/447-452 Dated: 24-082020, that the Screening Test is scheduled on 26-09-2020 at 11:00am in Govt. Degree College for Women Pulwama.

Candidates are asked to collect their Admit cards personally from the Office of Chief Medical Officer from 21-09-2020 upto 23-09-2020. Candidates shall report sharp at 10:30 am at the Test Centre along with the valid ID proof.

Clarifications required, if any, the candidate can approach to the Office of Chief Medical Officer during the working hours or contact on Control Room Numbers: 01933240412/240912.

Only Admit Cards and writing pens will be allowed inside the test centre. Candidates are requested not to carry mobile phones or any electronic gadget with them and are strictly directed to adhere Covid SOP’s by using of masks & maintaining social distancing in and around the test centre.
