NHM Shopian Selection List for the Post of Junior Staff Nurse and Sister Tutor

Provisional Merit cum Selection for the post of Junior Staff Nurse and Sister Tutor (Hired) under NRHM-2020 for District Shopian

Whereas, an advertisement notice for the posts of Sister Tutor and Junior Staff Nurse, was issued by this office vide No: NRHM/DMU/Spn/20/456-58, dated: 13-09- 2020, for hiring of Junior Staff Nurses and Sister Tutor under NRHM.

Whereas, screening test was conducted on 29-09.2020, by District Health Society, Shopian vide No: NHM/DMU/Spn/515-18, dated: 22-09-2020.

Whereas, merit list for the post of Junior Staff Nurse and Sister Tutor has been framed after ascertaining the total marks (including Academic and Screening Test) and the same as per Annexure A and B is hereby published in local newspapers for general information to the concerned candidates.

Whereas, provisional shortlisted candidates as mentioned in Annexure A (Junior Staff Nurse), with effect from S. No. 01 to 31, are directed to produce their original aedentials/documents viz.

Date of Birth Certificate, Domicile/PRC, Degree/Diploma Certificate, all Academic Certificates, Married/Un married certificates in case of female candidates, Registration Certificate from concerned recognized institute) before the selection committee on 10th & 12th of October-2020, in the office of Chief Medical Officer, Shopian from WOO AM to 04:00 PM.

Whereas, provisional shortlisted candidates as mentioned in Annexure B (Sister Tutor), with effect from S. No. 01 to 4, are also directed to produce their original credentials/documents viz. (Date of Birth Certificate, Domicile/PRC, Degree / BSc Nursing Certificates, all Academic Certificates, Married /Un-married certificates in case of female candidates, Registration Certificate from concerned recognized University/Institute) before the selection committee on 10th & 12th of October-2020, in the office of Chief Medical Officer, Shopian from 1100 AM to 04:00 PM.

Whereas, no TA DA shall be admissible for the candidates appearing for document/credential verification before the committee
