NHM Pulwama Screening Test Notification of Dialysis Technician Posts

Screening Test is scheduled on 15-10-2020 at 10:30 am in Govt. Degree College for Women Pulwama.

It is for the information of all eligible candidates who have applied for the post of Dialysis Technician in Dialysis Unit of District Hospital Pulwama vide Advertisement No: NHM/DHS/Pul/447-452 Dated: 24-08-2020 together & Advertisement No: NHM/DHS/ Pul/560-563 Dated: 12-09-2020, that the Screening Test is scheduled on 15-10-2020 at 10:30 am in Govt. Degree College for Women Pulwama.

Candidates are asked to collect their Admit cards personally from the Office of Chief Medical Officer from 12thOct. 2020 onwards. Candidates shall report sharp at 10:00 am at the Test Centre along with the valid ID proof. Clarifications required, if any, the candidate can approach to the Office of Chief Medical Officer during the working hours or contact on Control Room Numbers: 01933- 240412/240912.

Only Admit Cards and writing pens will be allowed inside the test center. Candidates are requested not to cany mobile phones or any electronic gadget with them and are strictly directed to adhere Covid SOP’s by using of masks & maintaining social distancing in and around the test center.
