Provisional Selection List of Anesthesia Assistants in ICU’s & HDU in Covid-19 Institution – Distt. Hospital Pulwama

In response to the Advertisement Notification No: NHM/DHS/Pu1/946-951 Dated: 23-10-2020, and at recommended by the committee headed by District Development Commissioner (Chairman District Health Society) Pulwama, the candidates tabulated below are provisionally selected and hired as Anesthesia Assistants in ICU’s & HDU in Covid-19 Institution- Distt. Hospital Pulwama an contractual basis initially for a period of three months extendable up to 6 months.

NOTE:

1. The selected candidates are informed to report, along with all the original/relevant testimonials in the office of the Chief Medical Officer-Pulwama (Vice Chairman District Health Society-Pulwama within 21 (Twenty One) Days of the publication of selection list.

2. Contract will be offered by the District Health Society Pulwama.

3. Contractual engagement will be initially for a period of three months extendable up to 6
months, as and when directed by the Mission Director NHM J&K.

4. The hired candidate shall have to execute an agreement bond with the District Health
Society Pulwama on a prescribed format which is available in the office of the Chief Medical
Officer Pulwama.

5. In case at any time it is found that candidate has resorted to fraudulent means his/her
candidature will be cancelled without given any prior notice to candidate and is liable to
punishment under relevant law/rule.

6. The selection is strictly subject to the verification of the certificates from issuing authority. In
case of any deficiency with reference to the eligibility etc proved at any time, the candidate
shall forfeit his/her candidature.
