JKBOPEE Conduct of allotment counselling (physical) for admission to M.Sc. Nursing courses-2020
In pursuance of Notification No. 37-BOPEE of 2020 dated 10.10.2020, the Board invited application forms from eligible candidates for admission to M.Sc Nursing Course- 2020 in various Institutions of UT’s of J&K/ Ladakh.
The Board after receipt of applications and completion of verification process of the said forms prepared provisional merit list of candidates and notified the same vide Notification No. 55-BOPEE of 2020 dated 01.12.2020 where under the candidates were advised to submit representation(s) against his/her position and was required to do so up to 07.12.2020.
Further, the candidates who have deficiency of any required document as shown against him/ her in the list annexed as Annexure “A” to above notification were also advised to clear the same by or before 07.12.2020 positively, otherwise their candidature shall be treated as cancelled at their own risk and responsibility.
The Board has not received any representation from any candidate, accordingly, the provisional merit list have been treated as final. Now, it is hereby notified for information of all concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct provisional allotment physical round of counselling of eligible candidates for admission to M.Sc Nursing CoUrses-2020 on 26th of Dec. 2020.
The eligible candidates are advised to report at BOPEE office, Jammu/ Srinagar on 26.12.2020 from 9.30 AM to 10.30 AM for Registration- cum- Attendance for the said counselling.
Note:
The name of Sameena Bashir D/o Bashir Ahmed Wani, marks 73.17 at S.No. 1 of Annexure “A” to Notification No. 55-BOPEE of 2020 dated 01.12.2020 is shifted and placed at S. No. 39 of the list & the S. Nos. of the candidates bearing percentage of marks 73.43% and above are accordingly changed.
The other terms and conditions shall remain same as notified by the Board in e. Information Brochure/ Notifications/ Notices issued from time to time.
