J&K High Court Junior Assistant Computer Operator interview Schedule

J&K High Court list of Shortlisted candidates for interview of Junior Assistant and Computer Operators download pdf.

It is notified for the information of all the concerned that:

i) the Candidates whose roll numbers are shown in Annexure-“A” to this Notification have been shortlisted for their interview in the ratio of 1:5 on the basis of their merit in the online test held on 4th & 5th December, 2020 for the posts of Jr. Assistants in the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir pursuant to Advertisement Notification No. 01 dated 18.04.2018;

ii) the Candidates whose roll numbers are shown in Annexure-“B” annexed to this Notification have been shortlisted for their interview in the ratio of 1:5 on the basis of their merit in the online test held on 6th December, 2020 for the posts of Data Entry Operators in the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir pursuant to Advertisement

Notification No. 03 dated 10.09.2018 read with notification No. 107 dated 13.04.2009;

iii) the Candidates whose roll numbers are shown in Annexure-“C” annexed to this Notification have been shortlisted for their interview in the ratio of 1:5 on the basis of their merit in the online test held on 7th December, 2020 for the posts of Computer Operators in the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir pursuant to Advertisement

Notification No. 03 dated 10.09.2018 read with notification No. 554 dated 29.09.2009;

iv) the interview of the shortlisted candidates shall be conducted on the dates shown against the roll numbers of the candidates in Annexures “A”, “B” and “C” to this  Notification at Jammu and Srinagar wings of the High Court;

v) the interview shall start at 11:00 am on the scheduled dates, however, the candidates shall report at the venue of the interview at 10:00 am;

vi) the candidates are required to produce sufficient proof of their identity in the form of Adhar Card or Pan Card or DL or Passport or any document of like nature at the time of interview;

vii) the candidates shall have to produce all original certifi-cates/testimonials before the interview committee at the time of their interview. copied from jk alerts dot com, Any candidate who fails to produce his/her original certificates/testimonials may forfeit his/her candidature;

viii) only those shortlisted candidates shall be allowed to appear in the interview who fulfil all the notified eligibility requirements;

ix) mere figuring of roll number of a candidate in the shortlist may not entitle a candidate to appear in the interview which shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the shortlisted candidates;

x) no individual call letters shall be issued to the candidates whose roll numbers figure in Annexures- “A”, “B” & “C” to this Notification;

xi) in the event of any deficiency found at the time of interview with reference to the eligibility of any candidate, such candidate may not be allowed to appear in the interview;

xii) no TA/DA shall be paid to the candidate for appearing in the interview.
