JKBOPEE Provisional select list of Second round of up-gradation/ allotment counselling (physical) of eligible candidates for admission to M.Sc. Technology Courses-2020
Consequent upon the completion of Second Physical round of up-gradation/ allotment counselling held on 26.02.2021 at BOPEE Office, Srinagar/ Jammu simultaneously for filling-up of unfilled seats for M.Sc Technology Course- 2020 at SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar notified vide Notice No.024-BOPEE of 2021 dated 22.02.2021, the provisional select list of eligible candidates so selected/ upgraded is given below at Annexure “A” to this notification.
The candidates so provisionally upgraded/allotted seats under second round shall report to the allotted Institution by or before 6111 March-.2021 (3.PM) along-with all requisite documents/ certificates. The Head of the Institution is advised to furnish the list of candidates who have joined against allotted seats till 06.03.2021 upto 5.00 PM through E-Mail. helpdeskjakbopeegmail.com /[email protected]
Note:
As provided under section-(9) of Reservation Act-2004, the Board converted all notified available unfilled Reserved Category Seats into open merit due to non-availability of eligible Reserved Category candidates at the time of counselling and filled the same by the candidates belonging to open merit category at the time of counselling strictly as per their merit cum preference.
In order to facilitate the provisionally selected candidates, the Head of the Institution is advised to keep the admission counter open even on holydays/ off days to enable them to complete the admission process.
However, the candidates should in their own interest avoid waiting for the last day to complete admission formalities as such delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.
The admission of candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false / fabricated, and action as warranted under law shall be initiated against such candidates.
It will be sole responsibility of the Institution Authorities to check and verify the documents and eligibility of each provisionally selected candidate in accordance with the prescribed rules/ norms.
In case any deficiency is found against any candidate such candidate shall not be allowed to Join unless he/ she shall not remove the said deficiency before the cut-off date.
The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in e. Information Brochure/ Notifications/ Notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regard.
