Conduct of Mop up Round of Up-Gradation/ Allotment Counselling (Physical) for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Courses-2020.

In view of extension In time granted by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi, vide their letter F. No. 1-6/Lt/2021-INC/12869 dated 26-02-2021, and consequent upon receipt of shortfall from the Private Colleges/Institutions of J&K in respect of Notification No. 022-BOPEE of 2021 dated 11-02-2021, and the seats, which remained unfilled after conclusion of second round of physical counselling held from 12-02-2021 to 19-02-2021, the Board has decided to conduct mop up round of physical counselling for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Courses-2020 on 23rd of March, 2021 at BOPEE Office, Srinagar/ Jammu simultaneously.

The eligible candidates desirous of participating in the counselling process are advised to report at BOPEE Office, Srinagar/ Jammu for attendance/registration between 9.00 AM to 10.00 AM on the prescribed date i.e. (23-03-2021) as per the following schedule.

Following shall be eligible to participate in this round of counselling-

The candidates who have been allotted the seat/college during first round of allotment counselling but failed to join against the said allotted seat(s)/college(s) for one or the other reason.

The candidates who participated in the first/second round of counselling but could not get a seat due to SNA or CNA:^– –

The candidates who could not participate in first or second rounds of counselling for one or the other reason are also eligible, subject to deposition of counselling fee of Rs. 1000/- through credit/debit card by using the POS machines available In the BOPEE Offices on the day of counselling before registration.

The candidate(s), who has/have been allotted seat during second round of counselling and have Joined the college allotted shall be eligible to participate In this round of counselling for

Following candidates shall not be eligible to participate in this round of counselling:-

The candidate(s) who was/were allotted a seat during second round of counselling but failed to join the College within the prescribed time limit.The candidate(s) who has/have joined the college on the basis of first round of counselling and upgraded in the second round of counselling.

IMPORTANT:

All such eligible candidates, who have been allotted seats during second round of counselling, and have joined in the respective allotted college and are Interested to participate in this counselling process are advised to bring along the receipt of admission fee deposited by them in the allotted college.

The candidates(s) eligible/desirous to participate In this up-gradation/allotment round shall be required to indicate the fresh preferences for the seats to be filled-up during this round of counselling.

The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as mentioned in the e-Information Brochure/ Notifications/NOtices Issued by the Board from time to time on the subject.
