Cluster University Srinagar Notification for Admission to various UG/Honors Programs Session-2021

This is for the information of all such candidates who have been provisionally selected by cluster university Srinagar for admission to various UG/Honors programs session-2021 at Govt. College for women M.A road Srinagar vide selection notification no. 3 dated 24/04/2021 and selection notification no. 4 dated 26/04/2021 of cluster university Srinagar that the admission process shall commence from 01/05/2021 (Saturday) and shall continue till 10/05/2021 (Monday). The concerned candidates are advised to login at www.gcwmaroad.edu.in

Instructions for students for filling admission form:

All programmes are full time regular courses for the duration of 3 years(six semesters)

Candidates are advised to go through the whole combination list and choose any subject combination specified to a programme offered by GCW M.A road as per CBCS scheme and as per her/his eligibility.

Candidates shall have to deposit fee through online mode.

All admissions are provisional subject to the production and verification of all original certificates.

General Instructions:

Applicants are required to have a valid email id/working phone no.

Before submitting the application form a candidate should be very careful while choosing the combination of courses/subjects, the combination once chosen cannot be changed.

Any error in the spelling mistake cannot be rectified.

Verification of the documents will be made at any point of time during the admission process.

The admission will be rejected if it is found that the applicant doesn’t fulfill the eligibility criteria or has miss represented /hidden any information regarding category and other details.

Candidates need not to submit hard copy of their downloaded application form at the college office for the time being.They must keep it with them for future reference and submit when asked for.

Applicants are asked to check the eligibility criteria thoroughly before applying for any programme.
