On behalf of District Health Society “Walk in Interview” will be held on 05-06-2021 at Dak Bunglow Doda for hiring below mentioned category of temporary staff for a period of three (03) months under Emergency COVID Response and Health System Preparedness Package (National Health Mission.

Name of the Posts :

Male Multipurpose Health Workers (MMPHW) : 02 Posts

Honorarium per month : Rs. 12000/-

Lab Assistant : 01 Post

Honorarium per month : Rs. 12000/-

Data Entry Operator (DEO) : 02 Posts

Honorarium per month : Rs. 12000/-

Eligibility Criteria :

Male Multipurpose Health Worker (MMPHW) :

Matric with Diploma in MMPHW from SMF or any other recognized institute.

Criteria : Matric 20 points, Diploma 60 points, Viva Voce 20 points pro rata basis.

AGE : 45 Years

Lab Assistant :

Matric with Diploma in Lab Assistant Training course from SMF or any other recognized institute.

Criteria : Matric 20 points, Diploma 60 points Viva Voce 20 points pro rata basis.

AGE : 45 years

Data Entry Operator :

Graduate from any Recognized University with six months diploma in Computer application from any recognized institute and having typing speed more
than 35 words per minute.

Criteria : Graduation 60 Points, Computer Diploma 20 Points, Viva Voce 20 Points pro rata basis.

AGE : 45 years.
