Applications are invited on the proforma attached as Appendix ‘A’ to this Notification for the following posts on contractual basis for three years

Name of the Posts :

Lady Assistant : Zila Sainik Welfare Office, Jammu (District Cadre) : 01 Post

Pay Scale : L-6E (35900-113500 (Basic Pay only authorized.

Minimum Qualification :

Should be Civil Graduate.

Should have served in the Defence Forces/Widow of Armed Forces Personnel/Wife of Ex- Servicemen/Wife of Serving Armed Forces Personnel.

Minimum age 21 years, Maximum age 52 years.

Should qualify entrance test as per prescribed syllabus.

Note :

The prescribed application form should reach Zila Sainik Welfare Office Jammu by 15 July 2021 alongwith attested copies of following documents :

Academic Qualification Certificate and Marks Certificate.

Permanent Resident Certificate/Domicile Certificate.

Discharge Certificate of individual, where applicable.

Pension Payment Order, where applicable.

A certificate from CO/OC Troops of husband in active service for wife of serving Armed Forces Personnel /Part two Order.

The department has full right to reject the application forms not meeting the eligibility conditions.

Eligible candidates will have to appear for a written test and interview at their own expenses.

Incomplete application forms, application not accompanied by the requisite attested copies of certificates as indicated above and applications received late will be not be considered.

The place and date of interview shall be intimated later. The candidates who apply for the post and do not get a call letter for Written Test/Interview will not seek reasons for rejection of their applications from the department.
