Position Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Emoluments

Rs. 31,000/-p. m. plus 8% HRA

Essential Qualification

M.Sc. Agriculture/Allied subjects/ Life Sciences/ M.Tecb (Soil and water conservation)
NET/ GATE/Equivalent

Desirable Qualification/Experience

Experience in soil and plant laboratory analysis, laying field trials, water productivity in agriculture, soil erosion, Soil and water conservation /Rainwater management/managing field crop

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The position is purely temporary, time bound and co-terminus with the project and will be initially filled up to March 2022.
The University reserves the right to till or not to fill the positions, depending on the qualificationsfciedentlals of the candklates applied etc,
The services of the incumbent shall stand terminated automatically on expiry of the period of the project with no claim of absorption against any temporary/regular post in the University.
The appointee can be terminated at any time by University without assigning any reason thereof. In event of the relinquishing of the engagement by candidate, one month notice is essential.

[1] For non-NET/GATE candidates, the monthly salary will be Rs, 25000 + HRA

Terms and Conditions for academic arrangement:

(i) The engagement shall be purely on contract basis,

(ii) No legal right to claim regularization/appointment by absorption or otherwise against any regular post in the University, Prior notice of one month is essential in case of relinquishing the post,

(iii) The appointment is for one year only. The extension for one more year annually may be granted subject to satisfactory performance of the appointee,

(iv) Eligible candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue of interview separately,

(v) No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview,
