JKBOPEE Provisional Select List of Eligible Candidates for Admission to ANM Course-2021.

Pursuant to Notification No. 080-BOPEE of 2021 dated 31-08-2021 read with Notification No. 078-BOPEE of 2021 dated 20-08-2021, the physical round of counselling of eligible candidates who had applied for ANM course 2021 was held physically at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar simultaneously on 8^th & 9^th of September 2021. The candidates who participated in the said counselling and have been allotted seats as per their merit-cum preferences are hereby provisionally selected for admission to ANM Course-2021 as per below given details. The candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted Institutions w.e.f. 10-09-2021 to 17-092021 (upto 04.00 PM) along with following documents:-

Mark Cards of 12^th

Date of birth Certificate of 10^th

Domicile Certificate

Medical fitness certificate, if any.

Any other certificates/ document as required by the Institution Authorities.

It shall be sole responsibility of the Institutions to ensure proper check and verification of • documents/ eligibility as per Indian Nursing Council (INC) guidelines before these candidates are allowed for admission and in case of any discrepancy in the requisite documents the same shall be reported to the Board for further course of action under rules.

In order to complete admission process within the prescribed cut-off date (17-09-2021) the Institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on holidays / off days and designate Nodal Officer to facilitate the candidates to complete their admission process well in time. However, the candidates should in their own interest avoid waiting for the last day to complete admission formalities since delay has the potential of causing hardships to the candidates only.

The Heads of the Institutions are requested to furnish the shortfall, if any, to the Board through e-mail at [email protected] / [email protected] / [email protected] on 18^thof September-2021 (upto 02.00 PM).

Note:

The admission of the candidates is purely provisional and shall be cancelled in case any information furnished by any candidate proves to be false/ fabricated, and action as warranted under Law shall be initiated against such candidate(s).

For fee / documents required for admission in the Institute, the provisionally selected candidates are advised to contact concerned Institute before the last date of admission i.e. 17-09-2021.

The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in e-Information Brochure/ Notifications/ Notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regard.
