Breaking: Amit Shah says J&K statehood will be restored after delimitation and polls
Union home minister Amit Shah, who’s on a three-day visit to Jammu and Kashmir, said delimitation exercise will be carried out in J&K, and polls will also be organised following which J&K’s statehood will be restored, reported ANI.
The union territory lost its statehood after Article 370 was abrogated by the Parliament in August 5, 2019.
