JKBOPEE Provisional Merit List for Various Diploma Courses 2021

Provisional Merit List (PML) of NEET MD/MS/ PG Diploma courses 2021, for
candidates belong to the UT of J&K/Ladakh.

Whereas, consequent upon declaration of the NEET PG 2021 result by the
National Board of Examination (NBE) on 28-09-2021, a tentative score list on the basis of NEET data received by the BOPEE from Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India, was notified vide Notification No. 113-BOPEE of 2021 dated 20- 10-2021; read with Notice No. 072-BOPEE of 2021 dated 25-10-2021, Notice No. 080- BOPEE of 2021 dated 27-11-2021, Notice No.081-BOPEE of 2021 dated 02-12-2021 and;

Whereas, the Board, vide Notification No 148-BOPEE-2021 dated 16-12-2021,
notified the list of candidates under Sports Category along with ranks. The candidates were also afforded an opportunity to make representation(s), if any, before the Board upto 22-12-2021 and;

Whereas, the Board has not received any of the representation(s)/ complaint(s)/
response(s) against the list notified vide Notification No. 148-BOPEE of 2021 dated
16-12-2021 and the sports category list was treated as final;

Whereas, vide Notification No. 002-BOPEE of 2022 dated 08-01-2022 read with
Notice No. 001-BOPEE of 2022 dated 12-01-2022, in which eligible candidates were
advised to register and upload their documents on the BOPEE website for verification/updation of category status, through online mode w.e.f. 11-01-2022 to 15-01-2022, which was subsequently extended upto 16-01-2022 due to some technical snag in the BOPEE Website before the Provisional UT Merit List (PML) could be prepared and notified/uploaded on the official website www.jkbopee.gov.in of the BOPEE.

Whereas, online registration forms and the documents have been scrutinized by the Board, and, inter alia, it has been found/ noticed as under:

Some of the candidates who had not qualified as per the cut off declared by the
NBE have also registered themselves and submitted their documents through
online mode, and their candidature devoid of any merits has been rejected.

Some candidates who have filled up registration forms and whose forms are deficient due to non-issuance/ availability of one or more document(s) (which
includes Domicile certificate, UT/MCI registration etc.) from head of
respective/concerned departments, due to Covid-19 situation, have been provisionally approved subject to the condition that they shall submit all the deficient documents along with other relevant documents as required by the Principal of the college/Institution at the time of admission to respective college/institution, if selected.

Few candidates have filled up the preliminary registration form only but have not
uploaded any of their document(s) at the time of registration(as flagged with **
mentioned in Remarks column of Annexure ”A” and therefore these candidates
shall be given last opportunity to submit their deficient document(s) physically at
BOPEE Office Jammu/Srinagar upto 22-01-2022 (till 02:00 pm),otherwise their
candidatures shall be cancelled.

The candidates who have uploaded Difficult Area Certificate but the period mentioned in the certificate uploaded by them is less than one year of the cut-off date for online registration fixed by the Board i.e. 16-01-2022, and also the candidates who have not uploaded the Difficult Area Certificate, have been considered under OM Category candidates provided that they are eligible within cut-off merit/score/ or have a valid category certificate and fall within the cut-off category score, as the case may be.

The candidates who have filled CDP category but uploaded old certificate are provisionally included in the PML and have been allowed to participate in the
online counselling process subject to the condition that they shall submit CDP
certificate as per the format available on BOPEE website vide Notice No. 083-
BOPEE of 2021 dated 16-12-2021.

The candidates whose ‘category certificate’ is deficient shall have to resolve the
same by submitting the requisite valid category certificate document physically at
BOPEE office Jammu/ Srinagar upto 22-01-2022 (02.00 p.m.) failing which they
shall be considered in open merit category without any further notice.

No document(s) shall be accepted through e-mail.

Candidates who have been granted admission during 2018, 2019 and 2020 & are
either pursuing PG courses or have left the same midway have been debarred
for registration 2021 as per SRO 48 of 2018 dated 30-01-2018.

Such candidates, who have registered themselves under some reserved category but do not possess the valid category certificate, shall be considered as OM
candidates subject to their eligibility in the OM. Similarly such candidates, who
have uploaded income certificate claiming benefit under P&B category but whose
annual income exceeds Rs. 70,000/- per annum have been treated as OM subject to their fulfillment of other conditions of eligibility. Only valid certificates issued
by competent authority under this category have been considered.

Now, therefore, it is notified that:

Tentative Provisional UT Merit List (PML) of the candidates, who have qualified
NEET PG examination, 2021 and have registered through online mode and
uploaded documents/categories up to the prescribed date is hereby notified as
Annexure ‘A’ to this Notification, for objections, if any. The Annexure A includes
Difficult Area Marks mentioned as * in the Remarks column of Annexure “A” .

Provisional list of the eligible candidates who have applied under Difficult Area is
also annexed as Annexure “B” to this Notification, as per SRO 48 of 2018 dated
30-01-2018 for objections, if any. However, the Difficult Area marks have been
awarded to them as per the eligibility in accordance with the rules (SRO 48 of
2018 dated 30-01-2018 read with SRO 201 of 2006 dated 15-06-2006) on the
subject and added to the score obtained by the candidates.

The candidates under EWS, Sports, CDP, JKPM and P&B have been considered
in accordance with the standards of eligibility for OM as already notified in the
Information Brochure and other Notices/Notifications on the subject.

It is further notified that :

Any candidate desirous of making a representation, with regard to position
assigned to him/her in the PML in the Annexure ‘A’ & ‘B’ to this Notification, may
do so up to 22-01-2022 ( till 02:00 p.m). Such representations shall be disposed
off in accordance with the rules. No representation(s) / objection(s) shall be
accepted after the last date i.e. 22-01-2022 fixed by Board. In case no representation is received, PML notified by the Board shall be treated as final. Further, Board also reserves the right to make any corrections in the records as may be found necessary on the basis of documentary evidence;

The Board shall notify the schedule for submission of online preference/counselling forms by the candidates separately; For this, the candidates are advised to be in touch with BOPEE website for regular updates.

The candidate(s) shall be held personally responsible for submission of any false
information. In the event of such information, coming to the notice of the Board at
any point of time, it shall render such candidate(s) ineligible abinitio for consideration for admission in Medical Colleges, besides initiating action under law against them;

The candidates are in their own interest, advised to go through the Information
Brochure available on the website of the BOPEE before participating in the counseling process (filling up of online preferences) and also check their email/SMS
status.

Note :

The Annexures ‘A’ & ‘B’ to this Notification shall only be available on the BOPEE
website;

Subject to the conditions contained hereinabove, the Provisional UT Merit List
(PML) shall be utilized for filling up of MD/MS/PGD Course seats only.

The candidates who have not submitted / uploaded their domicile/ or whose EWS
Certificates have expired due to delay in the counseling process, as the matter
was subjudice in the Hon”ble Supreme Court, shall be provisionally allowed to
participate in the counselling process and in case of allotment of a seat to them,
they shall have to produce the same in the allotted Colleges along with other requisite certificates/documents at the time of admission failing which their provisional selection shall be cancelled on their own risk and responsibility.

The other terms and conditions shall remain same as mentioned in e-information
Brochure and Notifications / Notices issued by Board from time to time.
