JKBOSE Physical Counselling Notification for Admission to Various Courses
Conduct of Mop up (upgradation/allotment) 3rd Round of Physical
Counselling for Admission to AYUSH (BAMS/BUMS/BPT) Courses- 2021.
In pursuance of Notification No. 035-BOPEE of 2022 dated 13-04-2022, the Board has received shortfall of seats due to non-joining of candidates from the Colleges/Institutions concerned after conduct of 2nd round of physical counselling both at Jammu/Srinagar held on 11-04-2022 and 12-04- 2022.
The Board has accordingly decided to fill-up these vacant seats of AYUSH (BAMS/BUMS/BPT) including the seats which have remained unfilled during 2nd round of counselling by conducting of mop-up/ 3rd round of physical counselling as per the schedule given hereunder:

The candidates who are interested to participate in this round of counselling are advised to report at J&K BOPEE office Srinagar/Jammu between 09:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. on their respective dates of counselling for registration.
Note :
Candidates who have not been allotted any seat during the 1st / 2nd round of counselling can participate in the mop-up round of counselling in terms of conditions contained in the e-Information Brochure.
Candidates who have been allotted a seat during 1st round of counselling and have joined the college but have not been upgraded during the 2nd round and those candidates who have been allotted seat during the 2nd round of counselling and have joined the college/institution and wish to participate in the mop-up round for purpose of upgradation.
Candidates who have been allotted a seat during 1st round of counselling but have not joined the College/ Institute during 1st round are also eligible to participate in mop-up round.
Any candidate who has been upgraded during the 2nd round shall under no circumstances be eligible to participate in the mopping-up round.
The Reserved Category candidate(s), who may not get a seat in his/her category shall be eligible to participate in the counselling as an OM candidate as per his/her merit position on day / date mentioned above in table.
The candidates who have already resigned against the seats allotted to them during
first/second rounds of counselling shall not be eligible to participate in the mop up round of counselling.
Note:
The candidate(s) who will be allotted seat(s) during the mop-up round of counselling shall have to necessarily join the college/institution upto to the last date fixed by the Board as and when notified.
As per section 9(2) of J&K Reservation Act 2004, if any reserved category seat(s)
remained unfilled due to non-availability eligible reserved category candidates, these seat(s) shall be converted into OM on 25-04-2022 immediately after conclusion of the counselling of all reserved category candidates.
Seat matrix shall be uploaded on BOPEE website before Counselling and candidates
willing to participate in mop-up round shall go through the seat matrix before coming for counselling on 25-04-2022.
As and when seats are filled during process of mop-up round of counselling, the counselling shall stop automatically.
The other terms and conditions shall remain the same as contained in the e-information Brochure, Notifications/ Notices issued by the Board from time to time in this regards.
