Provisional Selection list of candidates recommended for Admission to
B.Ed. Course-2022 in Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE), M.A. Road, Srinagar and B.Ed. Special Education Course-2022 in Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Bemina, Srinagar; First list thereof.
Consequent upon receipt of online Applications from eligible candidates for admission to B.Ed./B.Ed. (Special Education), notified vide Notification No. 020- BOPEE of 2022 Dated 04-03-2022, the Board has prepared and issued the Provisional Merit list of candidates for Admission to B. Ed. Courses-2022 in Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (LASE), M.A. Road, Srinagar and B.Ed. Special Education Course-2022 in Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Bernina, Srinagar vide Notification No. 036-BOPEE of 2022 Dated 18-04-2022 with the advise to candidates to submit representations, if any against their position shown in the said notification upto 25.04.2022.
The Board has not received any representation from any candidate till the last date, therefore, the candidates figuring in Annexure-A to this notification have been provisionally selected for Admission to B. Ed Course-2022 in Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE), M.A. Road, Srinagar and B.Ed. Special Education Course-2022 in Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Bernina, Srinagar.
The Heads of the Colleges/Institutions shall get the following certificates in original verified by the Incharge College Admission Committee and countersigned by him/her before allowing the candidates to complete their admission formalities:
Qualifying Marks Certificate (10+2+3);
Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / Ladakh (for candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent Authority of UT of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate);
Category Certificate, if any;
Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate and
Any other certificate required by the College at the time of admission, in accordance with the rules.
The selected candidates are directed to report to the Institute of Advanced Studies in Education (IASE), M.A. Road, Srinagar or Composite Regional Centre (CRC), Bernina, Srinagar respectively, till 10th of May, 2022, up to 4:00 P.M along with their relevant certificates in original, as required by concerned Colleges. The Heads of the Institutions shall send the details of candidates (in prescribed format),
who do not complete their admission as SHORT FALL on 11th of May, 2022 up to 1.00 P.M. to the BOPEE office, Srinagar positively.
The Heads of Institutions are advised to ensure to admit only those candidates whose documents are complete In all respects. In case of any deficiency found during the verification of documents / certificates including Marks Card, such candidate (s) should not be admitted in any case. Any lapse in this regard shall be the sole responsibility of the concerned Heads of the Institutions.
The Annexure “A” to this notification shall be available on the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in only.
