subject- Delay in the recruitment process of Junior Assistant/cadrex clerk adv. notice no. 4,5,6,7 of 2020 and 1 2 3 of 2021.
esteemed sir,
with humble submission and utmost respect we aspirants of junior assistant wants to bring to your kind attention towards following few lines
1. That whereas above said adv. were issued jkssb in the year 2020 and 2021 and exam was also successful conducted by ssb on 20 21 and 24 Jan of 2022
2. That being a reputable agency jkssb has informed aspirants no. of times that raw scores of aspirants will not be shared and the marks obtained are subject to normalisation
3. That even jkssb has published a notice before the exam on 19-01-2022 also that raw scores will not be shown ,moreover jkssb in their every notification under clause 10(IV) indicates that normalisation proces would be followed if required and raw scores will not be shared besides this jkssb has also notified advance notice to aspirants on 29-12-2021 that cbt will be held in multiple shifts.
4. That some dropouts aspirants have deliberately move to honorable CAT so that selection may get delayed ,but unfortunately the petitioner has no grounds and jkssb has followed all provision of recuritment rules and even notified(advance notices also) no. of times that wherever exam be held in multiple shift the scores are subject to normalisation.
5.That grounds of petitioners are totally false because it is the sole right of recuritment agency on how to conduct exams ie whether in multiple shifts or single shifts , whether omr or cbt ,hence there is no ground of petitioner to approach court.
6. That the petitioner was sitting on fence and observing whether normalisation will favor her or not and even after the result she doesn’t approached the court but only after her all other results (Faa etc) got declared and she observed that she has not qualified any of the exam then only she approached court which clearly shows that there is no viable ground.
7 That we aspirants are of the view that sole aim of petitioner to approach court is nothing but to delay the final selection and hence putting on stake the career of more than 1500 selectee.
Therefore it is as such requested to your good self to kindly expedite the speed of Junior assistant process and kindly activate preference link and declare provisional list asap as there is no direction of honorable court to stop the ongoing process but only direction is not to declare the final selection list.
