Four local militants killed during twin Shopian gunfights: Police

Hanan Jamshed and Bin Yaqoob Jamshed are involved in the recent killings of SPO Javed DAR on the 2nd of October, 22 at Pinglana in Pulwama and an outside worker who was from West Bengal on 24/9/22 in Pulwama.

Police on Wednesday claimed that they had killed four militants in two gunfights in the Drach and Moolu regions in the Shopian district in south Kashmir.

“Encounter has started at Drach area in #Shopian. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow, ” an police spokesperson stated.

“Second #encounter has started in Moolu area of #Shopian. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow, ” said the official.

“Three local #terrorists linked with proscribed #terror outfit JeM killed in #encounter at Drach #Shopian. Second encounter at Moolu is in progress.
