Govt of Jammu Kashmir regularizes 39 Naib Tehsildars
Jammu and Kashmir Government promoted 39 Girdawars to the Post of Naib Tehsildar, the meeting for the same was held in Jammu under the supervision of IAS Shaleen Kabra(Financial Commissioner Revenue, J&K)
As recommended by the UT Level DPC held on 30-09-2022, 39 officials (21 from Jammu Division and 18 from Kashmir Division) whose cases were kept in sealed cover in the UT Level DPC held on 25-08-2022, as per Annexure A & B are hereby confirmed as Naib Tehsildars from the date indicated against each.
The above promotion /confirmation shall be subject to the outcome of the writ petition(s) if any, pending in the Court of law.
Further, the transfer/posting orders shall be issued separately.
