Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification:

Educational qualification varies according to the post applied for. Candidates must possess the essential educational qualification as mentioned in ANNEXURE-I of the official notification. The qualification ranges from:

10th/Matriculation for posts like Hospital Attendant, Mortuary Attendant, Multi-Tasking Staff

10+2/Intermediate for posts like Lab Technician, X-Ray Technician

Diploma in respective trades for Engineering and Technical posts

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc., B.Tech., B.Pharmacy, BPT, BOT, etc.) for professional positions

Master’s Degree (M.Sc., M.Tech., MPT, etc.) for senior technical positions

Professional qualifications like B.Sc. Nursing, GNM for nursing posts

Experience Requirements :

Experience wherever mentioned for respective posts shall be acquired after obtaining Essential Educational Qualification

Experience certificates must be from Heads of Organizations/Departments clearly mentioning duration of employment, basic pay, and nature of duties performed

Experience will be verified through Bank Statement/PF/ESIC or other parameters at the discretion of respective authorities

 

Nationality:

Candidates must be Indian Citizens

 

Important Note:

All applicants must fulfill the essential requirements of the post as stipulated in the advertisement

Educational qualification and experience should be completed on or before 02-12-2025

Candidates must satisfy themselves that they possess at least the essential qualifications laid down

Merely filling the application form does not guarantee eligibility

Salary/Stipend :

The AIIMS CRE Recruitment 2025 offers attractive salary packages as per 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) norms:

Group C Posts: Pay Level-1 to Pay Level-6 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900 per month approximately)

Group B Posts: Pay Level-6 to Pay Level-8 (₹35,400 – ₹78,800 per month approximately)

Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other allowances as applicable

Medical Benefits: Medical facilities for self and dependents as per rules

Leave Benefits: Casual Leave, Earned Leave, Medical Leave as per CCS (Leave) Rules

Pension Benefits: New Pension Scheme (NPS) or as per applicable rules

Pay Level Examples:

Hospital Attendant, Nursing Orderly: Pay Level-1 (₹18,000 – ₹56,900)

LDC, Lab Attendant: Pay Level-2 (₹19,900 – ₹63,200)

Pharmacist, Lab Technician: Pay Level-5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300)

Staff Nurse, Technician: Pay Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)

Junior Engineer, Junior Administrative Officer: Pay Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400)

 

Age Limit (as on 02-12-2025)

Minimum and Maximum Age:

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: Varies by post (Generally 25-40 years)

Crucial Date: The closing date of online registration (02-12-2025) is the crucial date for determining age eligibility

Age Relaxation:

SC/ST Candidates: 5 years relaxation

OBC Candidates: 3 years relaxation

PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): 10 years relaxation

Ex-Servicemen: Length of military service plus 3 years for Group B & C posts

Central Government Civilian Employees (Group B): 5 years (for those with minimum 3 years regular continuous service)

Central Government Civilian Employees (Group C): Up to 40 years (UR), 43 years (OBC), 45 years (SC/ST)

Candidates from Jammu & Kashmir: 5 years (UR), 8 years (OBC), 10 years (SC/ST)

 

Application Fee :

Category-wise Application Fees:

General/OBC Candidates: ₹3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only)

SC/ST/EWS Candidates: ₹2,400/- (Rupees Twenty-Four Hundred only)

Persons with Disabilities (PwBD): Exempted (No Fee)

Payment Mode: Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking

 

Important Points:

Candidates applying in more than one group must pay fee separately for each group

Application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances

SC/ST candidates who appear in the examination will get their application fees refunded after declaration of results

Important Dates :

Section-wise Exam Pattern:

• The exam will be divided into 5 sections, each containing 20 questions
• Each section will have a time limit of 18 minutes
• Once a section is completed, you cannot go back to it
• Candidates can only attempt questions in the currently active section

Stage-II: Skill Test (If Applicable)

• Only for specific groups as mentioned in the official notification
• Skill tests include: Typing Test, Stenography Test, Physical Standards Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Programming Test, Translation Test, etc.
• Skill tests are qualifying in nature for respective posts
• Merit list will be prepared based on CBT marks for candidates who qualify the skill test

Stage-III: Document Verification

• Provisionally selected candidates will be called for document verification
• Original certificates along with self-attested photocopies must be produced
• Verification will be conducted by respective AIIMS/Institutes

Resolution of Tie Cases:

• First by marks in domain-specific part (higher marks ranked higher)
• If not resolved, by number of wrong answers (fewer wrong answers ranked higher)
• If still not resolved, by date of birth (older candidates ranked higher)

General Conditions :

Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification

The examination will be conducted without scrutiny of eligibility at the application stage

All applications will be accepted provisionally based on claims made in the online registration form

Candidature shall be liable to cancellation at any stage if any information is found incorrect or misleading

Success in examination confers no right to appointment unless the candidate is found suitable in all respects

After selection, place of posting will be subject matter of respective AIIMS/Institute as per applicable rules

NOC from present employer is mandatory for candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies

All selected candidates will be subject to identity verification including biometric verification

Candidates found not fit during probation period may have their appointment cancelled

AIIMS reserves the right to cancel/modify/add/remove vacancies at any time

In case of less than 500 applications for a group, examination may be conducted only in Delhi/NCR

SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies are not eligible for age relaxation or relaxation in cut-off marks

Reserve category candidates eligible by age relaxation will be considered only for reserved seats

Step 2: Read the Detailed Advertisement

• Download and carefully read the detailed recruitment advertisement (DRA)
• Check your eligibility for the post(s) you wish to apply for
• Verify educational qualifications, age limit, experience requirements, and other criteria

Step 3: Register Online

• Click on “Apply Online” or “New Registration” link
• Fill in basic details like Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, Mobile Number
• Create a password for future login
• Note down the Registration Number/ID generated

Step 4: Fill Application Form

• Login with Registration Number and Password
• Fill all required details carefully:

Step 5: Upload Documents

Step 8: Submit NOC (if applicable)

• Government employees must submit No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer by 06-12-2025
• Upload NOC in the prescribed format through the online portal

Fill the online application carefully as corrections may not be possible after submission

Candidates applying for multiple groups must fill separate applications for each group

Keep multiple copies of the registration slip and payment receipt

No documents are required to be sent in physical form

Admit cards will be available for download 3 days before the examination
