Important Dates:
The registration process for ECIL Technical Officer notification started on 16 September 2025.
The last date to submit applications is 22 September 2025.
Eligibility Criteria :
Eligibility criteria state that candidates must have BE/B.Tech. with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in branches like ECE, ETC, E&I, Electronics, EEE, Electrical, CSE, IT or Mechanical. One year of post-qualification experience, including apprenticeship, in production, operations, repair, maintenance, or marketing of electronics, electrical, or control equipment is required. Candidates must also have basic knowledge of MS Office.
The upper age limit is 30 years as on 31 August 2025. Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per rules. For SC/ST, the required aggregate marks are relaxed to 50%.

Applicants should apply online through the official website www.ecil.co.in under Careers → Current Job Openings. After registration, candidates must download and retain a copy of the application form.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and interview at Hyderabad.
Selection Process:
The selection process will be carried out in two stages. First, candidates will be shortlisted in the ratio of 1:4 category-wise based on engineering aggregate marks. In case of a tie, class X marks and then date of birth will be considered. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification and personal interview. The final merit list will be prepared considering qualification (20%), work experience (30 marks maximum), and interview (50 marks).
