Essential:Â Full time Graduation from AICTE/UGC approved University/College in any discipline
Mandatory Certification:Â Certificate in Foreign Exchange Operations from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF)
Preferable:Â Professional qualification CFA/CA, MBA in relevant stream, CAIIB, Certificate in Trade Finance, CDCS, CITF, NISM certifications
For Marketing Officer (Scale I):
Essential:Â Full time Graduation from AICTE/UGC approved University/College
Plus:Â Two years Full time MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM with Major specialization in Marketing

Experience Required:
For Foreign Exchange Officer:
Minimum 5 years as an officer in Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs)
Three years mandatorily in Trade Finance/Forex operations/IBU-Gift City
Should be currently working in forex domain, preferably in sales/business development
Candidates from NBFCs/RRBs/Cooperative Banks/Insurance sector not eligible
For Marketing Officer:
Post qualification experience of two years
One year continuous experience in marketing domain in BFSI organization
Should be currently employed in marketing domain

Selection Process :
Candidates will be selected through the following stages:
Stage 1:Â Online Written Examination (100 marks)
Stream/Category Specific Questions: 70 marks
Banking, Present Economic Scenario & General Awareness: 30 marks
Total Duration: 60 minutes (composite time)
Stage 2:Â Personal Interview (100 marks)
Stage 3:Â Document Verification
Qualifying Marks:
Written Test: 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD
Interview: 50% for UR/EWS, 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD
Weightage: Written Examination : Interview = 70:30
Note:
No penalty for wrong answers in the objective test
Only candidates successful in online test will be called for interview
In case of tie, merit order will be based on date of birth (senior in age placed higher)
General Instructions :
Only one application per candidate is allowed. Multiple applications will be rejected
Candidates must have minimum CIC (Credit Information Company) score of 650
Selected candidates will execute a bond of Rs. 3.00 Lakh for 3 years from date of joining
Probation period: 2 years from date of joining
Candidates must upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration
Original certificates must be produced at the time of interview
OBC candidates must produce OBC certificate with non-creamy layer clause
Candidates serving in Govt/PSU must produce No Objection Certificate at interview
