TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
- The candidate must be permanent resident of Jammu and Kashmir.
- The engagement shall be purely on contractual basis and are non-transferable.
- Initial term of contract shall be for a period of one year and could further be extended for a period of one year based on the performance of the candidates.
- If the contractual appointee at any point of the time willfully neglects or refuses to perform his/her services shall be immediately terminated without any notice.
- The selected candidate shall have to submit an affidavit to the effect that he/she shall not claim for any regular appointment in the Department/Government.
- Provided that the appointment under these rules shall not entitle the appointee to any preferential claim for regular appointment under normal process of selection/appointment.
- The services of an appointee under these rules shall be terminable before the expiry of the tenure of appointment with one month notice from either side or payment of one month% salary in lieu of notice by the appointing authority.
