The applications can be had from this office free of cost and should be deposited back supported by the following documents duly self attested to reach the office of undersigned up to 31 May 2017

Date of Birth issued by SBOSE.

Educational Qualification (Marks Certificate and Degree Certificates) Experience Certificate, if any.

PR Certificate.

Two recent passport size photographs.

Self addressed envelope affixed with stamp of Rs. 5/-.
