Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a University/Institution recognised by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies.
Preferred: Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in any discipline (for Compliance Manager – Legal background preferred).
Post-qualification experience in Bank/NBFC/Financial Institution as mentioned in vacancy table (clerical cadre experience not counted).
Minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above required at the time of joining.
Candidates willing to serve anywhere in India only should apply.
Candidates with adverse report regarding character, antecedents, moral turpitude are not eligible.
Salary / Stipend :
Remuneration will be market-linked and based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary and market benchmark (no fixed CTC mentioned in notification).
Fixed Term Contract for 5 years, extendable upto maximum 5 more years (total max 10 years) or age 60 years, whichever is earlier.
Location: Anywhere in India (preferences taken but not binding).

AVP – II – Zonal Receivables Manager: 35 to 52 Years
AVP – I – Regional Receivables Manager: 30 to 45 Years
Area Receivables Manager (Deputy Manager): 26 to 38 Years
AVP – I – Compliance Manager: 30 to 45 Years
AVP – I – Complaint Manager: 30 to 45 Years
Process / Vendor / Floor Manager (Deputy Manager): 25 to 38 Years
Age relaxation applicable as per Government rules (SC/ST: 5 Years, OBC: 3 Years, PwD: 10-15 Years etc.).
