Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualifications :

Graduate degree from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks

Candidates belonging to reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) are entitled for relaxation of 5% marks (minimum 55% required)

Where CGPA/OGPA is awarded, it should be converted into percentage

The fraction of percentage will be ignored (59.99% treated as less than 60%)

Relevant banking experience in credit operations required

 

Desirable:

Experience in credit assessment and credit operations in banking sector

Knowledge of banking operations and regulations

 

Experience :

Candidates must possess requisite experience as mentioned in Annexure-I for respective scales

Experience certificates must be submitted at the time of interview

 

Salary/Stipend : 

MMGS-II Scale: Rs. 64,820 – 2,340 (1) – 67,160 – 2,680 (10) – 93,960 per month

MMGS-III Scale: Rs. 85,920 – 2,680 (5) – 99,320 – 2,980 (2) – 105,280 per month

SMGS-IV Scale: Rs. 102,300 – 2,980 (4) – 114,220 – 3,360 (2) – 120,940 per month

Other allowances and perquisites as applicable to Bank officers

All benefits as per Bank’s service rules and regulations

Credit Officer MMGS-II: Minimum 25 years, Maximum 35 years

Credit Officer MMGS-III: Minimum 28 years, Maximum 38 years

Credit Officer SMGS-IV: Minimum 30 years, Maximum 40 years

Selection Process :

Selection will be through online test and/or personal interview, depending on the number of applicants/eligible candidates

Scrutiny of Eligibility Criteria: Applications will be shortlisted based on documents uploaded at registration

Online Examination Structure:

English Language: 25 questions, 25 marks (Qualifying nature only)

Reasoning: 25 questions, 25 marks

Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions, 25 marks

Professional Knowledge: 75 questions, 75 marks

Total: 150 questions, 150 marks

Composite time: 120 minutes

Minimum Qualifying Marks (Online Test): 35% for General/EWS; 30% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD

Penalty for Wrong Answers: 1/4th marks deduction for each wrong answer

Personal Interview:

Candidates will be called at 1:3 ratio to number of vacancies

Maximum marks: 100

Minimum qualifying marks: 50% for General/EWS; 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD

Final Selection (if both Online Test and Interview conducted):

Weightage ratio: Online Examination 70%, Interview 30%

Merit list based on combined marks in descending order

If Online Examination not conducted: Final selection through personal interview only with 100 marks

In case of equal marks, preference given based on online exam marks, then Date of Birth (senior in age)

 

General Information/Instructions :

Candidates ready to work anywhere in India should apply

Candidates can apply for only one post; multiple applications will result in retention of latest valid application only

Bank reserves the right to post/transfer officers anywhere in India

Candidates who held similar posts in Bank of India previously are not eligible

Security Deposit Required:

Officers in MMGS-II: Rs. 2,00,000/-

Officers in MMGS-III & above: Rs. 3,00,000/-

Refundable after 3 years of satisfactory service

Medical fitness required for appointment as per Bank’s requirements

Bank reserves right to cancel/modify recruitment process at any stage

Step 3: Click on ‘APPLY ONLINE’ button

Step 4: Choose “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details, and Email-id

Step 5: Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password generated by system

Step 6: Complete the application form with all required details

Step 7: Upload scanned documents as per specifications:

Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm, 200×230 pixels, 20-50 KB, JPG format)

Signature (140×60 pixels, 10-20 KB, JPG format)

Left thumb impression (240×240 pixels, 20-50 KB, JPG format)

Handwritten declaration in English (800×400 pixels, 50-100 KB, JPG format)

Step 8: Upload relevant experience certificates and other required documents

Step 9: Preview the complete application form before final submission

Step 10: Click on ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’ after verification

Step 11: Proceed to payment of application fee through online mode

Step 12: Take printout of e-Receipt and online application form for future reference
