Educational Qualifications :
– B.E/B.Tech (4-year full-time) with pass class in the following disciplines from a recognized university:
• Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Telecommunication
• Electrical / Electrical & Electronics
• Computer Science / Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Information Science
Experience :
– Minimum 2 years post-qualification industrial experience in:
• IP Networking
• Helpdesk Management
• IT Infrastructure Projects
• CCTV / Data Centre / Sensor-based IoT Projects
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IP-enabled products
Age Limit (as on 01 May 2025) :
– Maximum age: 32 years (General)
– Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years (in addition)

– Enclose self-attested copies of certificates (DOB, qualification, category, experience, identity proof, SBI receipt)
– Super scribe the envelope: “Application for the post of Project Engineer-I, Military Communication SBU”
– Send the application to Assistant Manager – HR, Military Communication SBU, Bharat Electronics Limited, Jalahalli Post, Bengaluru – 560013
Application Fee:
The application fee is ₹472 (₹400 + 18% GST).
– Payment through SBI Collect at https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/
– PwBD, SC, and ST candidates are exempted
– Attach a printout or screenshot of the SBI payment receipt with the application
Selection Process:
Selection will be based on:
– Written Test: 85% weight
– Interview: 15% weight
– Candidates shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio will be called for interviews based on written test performance
– Final results will be published on the BEL website and offer letters sent via email
