Minimum Experience :
10+ years in a Broking Firm with Product & Sales experience
Proven track record in retail broking and client acquisition
Required Skills:
Strong P&L understanding from Retail Broking perspective
Strong understanding of online and digital broking industry
Excellent understanding of Indian Retail Equity Market
Ability to build and lead large teams
Experience in building sub-broker network
Digital marketing and technology expertise
Strong growth mindset and leadership skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-starter, proactive, target-oriented
Best scholarships for J&K students after 12th

Job Responsibilities :
Key role in development/adoption of new products/processes aligned with firm’s strategy
Conceptualizing and executing new account acquisition & revenue management
Building relationships with clients and providing market opportunities advice

Strategy implementation for client retention and new client acquisition
Collaboration with Bank’s branch network for business growth
Lever BOB retail client base for BOBCAPS equity customers
Sustain and improve productivity of retail equity sales
Hiring & retention of talent for Retail Broking
Sales planning and execution with cost-effective approaches
Account opening and revenue target achievement
Excellent customer experience delivery
Keep updated with market trends and competitor analysis
Salary & Benefits :
