Eligibility Criteria :

Educational Qualification :
Trade Apprentices: Candidates must have passed the 10th class and possess an NTC Certificate in the respective trade (Electrician, Fitter, Welder, etc.) from an NCVT-recognized institute.
Associate Legal Assistant: Must have passed 10th class and hold an LLB degree from a UGC-approved university.
Fresher Apprentices (Medical Trades): Must have passed 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) from a recognized board.
Fresher Apprentices (Other Trades): Must have passed 10th class from a recognized board.
Technician Apprentices: Must hold a Diploma in the relevant engineering branch (Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, etc.). Candidates must have graduated in or after 2021.
Graduate Apprentices: Must hold a Graduate Degree (B.E./B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc. Nursing) in the relevant field. Candidates must have graduated in or after 2021.
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025)
For Trade Apprentice: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 27 years.
For Fresher Apprentice: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 22 years.
For Technician & Graduate Apprentice: Candidates who have passed their Diploma/Degree in or after 2021 are eligible.
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates as per government rules.
Experience :
No prior experience is required for this apprenticeship program, making it a perfect opportunity for freshers.
Salary :

Graduate Apprentices: ₹9,000 per month

Fresher Apprentices (12th Pass): ₹7,000 for the first year and ₹7,700 for the second year.
Fresher Apprentices (10th Pass): ₹6,000 for the first year and ₹6,600 for the second year.
While apprentices are not entitled to allowances like DA or HRA like regular employees, this stipend provides great financial support.

Selection Process :

Preference Criteria: The notification specifies a preference order for selection:
First preference will be given to Project Affected People (PAP) and wards of CCL employees.
Second preference will be given to candidates who have completed their qualifications from institutes located in Jharkhand.
If seats remain vacant, candidates from other states will be considered.
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. They will need to produce all original documents to confirm their eligibility. The notification for document verification will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID.

Complete Your Profile: After registration, log in and complete your profile with 100% accuracy. Ensure you complete the e-KYC process (Aadhar Verification, Bank Details, etc.) on the portal.
Find the Opportunity:
On the portal, search for “Establishment” and find CENTRAL COALFIELDS LIMITED (Establishment ID: E02182000001).
