Applications are invited on prescribed format for the following assignment in a purely time bound research project undertaken in the Department of Nano science and Materials of the University.

1. Name of the Temporary Post	Junior Research Fellow (JRF)- 01
2. Name of the Research Project	Ion beam induced modification of luminescence activators doped CdS thin films
3. Name of the Sponsoring Agency	Inter University Accelerator Centre (IUAC), New Delhi.
4 Tenure of the Project	02 Years 10 Month
5 Tenure of the Assignment	02 Years 10 Month (initially appointed for six (6) months and may be extended up to the tenure of project based on performance)
6 Job Description	To carry out the research work related to the project.
7. Monthly Fellowship	Rs.14,000(1st & 2nd year of project) and Rs.16,000 (3rd year of project) for Non-NET/Non-GATE (Pre-revised)
	Rs.16,000(1st & 2nd year) and Rs.18,000 (3rd year) for NET/GATE (Pre-revised)
8. Essential Qualifications and experience	Master’s degree in Physics/Applied Physics/Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/ Material Science/ Nanoscience/M.Tech. in relevant field or other relevant subjects from a recognized University/ Institution with 55% Marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA.
9. Desirable Qualifications/ Experiences	: Valid NET/GATE/SLET/ JRF (CSIR / UGC)/ or any other equivalent examination will be preferred.
10. Accommodation :	Bachelor accommodation in the Institute may be provided subject to availability.
11. Terms	The services of the selected candidate will be as per IUAC guidelines. The project fellowship is a full time position. The selected candidate shall not draw money from any other source.
