Director of school Education Important Notification
Whereas, such candidate who have been enlisted in the merit list already published by Director School Education, Jammu vide No. DSEJ/NG/26818 Dated 08-09-2023 and revised/updated subject wise merit lists for “Cluster Resource Coordinators for teaching support” of the following subjects who were asked to appear before the screening committee in respect of District Doda vide Notice No. CEO/D/Gaz/23324-474 Dated 12-090.2023 and No. CEO/D/GAZ/23516-656 Dated 13.09-2023 (Copies enclosed) on 13-09-2023 and 14-09.2023 along with all the original testimonials/01 set of self-attested photocopies/ 02 Passport sized photographs .
Whereas, candidates including those who bled objections regarding merit list failed to appear before the Screening Committee for verification of documents up to 6:00 pm on or before 14th of September, 2023 are once again informed to appear before Screening Committee on or before 16″ of September, 2023 up to 4:00PM for verification of documents.
In case these candidates fail to appear before the Screening Committee by or before cut of time/date their claim shall not be entertained and next candidates as per the merit list shall be given preference.
