ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE
**RECRUITMENT OF EXTERNAL TRAINER FOR HYBRID COURSES **
Applications are invited from qualified and interested candidates to act as Identity Building Programme Trainers to train beneficiaries under the Mission YUVA Scheme.
Position
External Trainer (Business Trainer)
₹ 30,000 per month
(Subject to training batch and performance conditions as per Mission YUVA guidelines)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct in-person and hybrid training sessions at designated institutions under Mission YUVA.
• Mentor aspiring entrepreneurs in business planning, financial management and marketing.
• Facilitate participants through the Mission YUVA App and other digital platforms.
• Monitor trainee progress and assist in project implementation and completion.
Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit
• 25 to 45 years as on the date of notification.
• Retired faculty up to 65 years can also apply.
Domicile
• Candidate must be a domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
Qualification
• Minimum 03 years Graduate Degree with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC recognized University in any of the following:
Business Administration
Commerce
Management
Finance
Economics
Engineering Graduate
